摘要
目的探讨通过面部除皱术一期修复部分面部小面积皮肤、软组织缺损的优缺点。方法选择头面部皮肤、软组织缺损且面部皱纹明显的患者5例,实施面部除皱手术,同时修复缺损。结果所有患者均一期修复面部缺损,术后随访6个月,除皱效果良好,无并发症,患者满意。结论利用面部除皱术一期修复局部面部小面积皮肤及软组织缺损,安全、有效,不仅可以修复部分面部的小面积皮肤、软组织缺损,还可以同时有效改善面部的皱纹情况。
Objetive To investigate a new methord of rapairing local facial small area skin and soft tissue defecet by means of rhytidectomy, in order to assess the value of it. Methods Five patients who suffered from facial aging skin with small area skin and soft tissue defecet in their faces were seleted to use this method. Results All the defecets were repaired in one stage with no complications using this new method, the effect of all patients was plesasng after six months follow-up. Conclusion This new method can remove wrinkles of skin, repair the skin and soft tissue defecet. This approach brings more rapid recorery of patients, it is feasible and safe for selected patients.
