上颌前牙种植修复体比色的临床研究

The Clinic Study of Color Gradation of Porcelain Focus Mental by implant-support in the anterior maxilla

目的:探讨贵金属熔附烤瓷牙临床比色、比色仪比色的差异与互补性。方法:选择30例上前牙种植修复患者随机分实验组与对照组,实验组由技师使用比色仪比色,列出瓷粉配比清单,分区堆瓷,烤制修复体,试瓷,磨改,再调色,再烤制修复体;对照组由临床医师使用标准比色板比色,列出瓷粉配比清单,堆瓷,烤制修复体。分别以医师、技工、患者对同一修复体色相、明度、饱和度、与邻牙协调性进行评分,得出满意度。结果:实验组满意度87%,对照组20%;对照组不满意度33.3%,实验组6.7%。结论:技师比色仪结合组比色效果明显优于临床组。

Objective：To Compare color gradation of clinical guide model and computer color-matching technique. Methods： 30 adult patients with mental-ceramic restorations in the anterior maxilla were divided randomly into two groups, clinical guide model by doctor （groups A）and computer color-matching technique by technician （groups B）; The effect was evaluated by both patients and dentists 3 and 6 months after restoration.Results：The esthetic results of implant-support prostheses in the groups A are more than the groups B （p〈0.01）; The dental implant restoration surface texture ,color variation , transparency and surface character are much more satisfied than the ones （p〈0.01）. Conclusion：The computer color-matching methods help to improve esthetic results by using implant-support prostheses in the anterior maxilla.
