摘要
同步辐射 X 射线能量色散法以其高能量微射束,对微小矿物和包裹体的晶体结构分析有着独特优势。以在 BNL-NSLS-X17C 对新矿物罗布莎矿的测试为例,阐述其基本原理特点及其方法。
EDXD on Synchrotron Radiation with high energy and pretty fine beam has been great helpful for X-ray crystal structure analysis of the minerals, especially for the fine grain or inclusion in it. The principle, formation, characteristics and applications of X17C-NSLA-BNL are introduced by testing the new mineral--Luobusaite.
