Government Efficiency Evaluation in the Course of Conducting Public Policies

公共政策执行中的政府绩效评估指的是对政策执行各项工作的准备情况、执行行为以及在执行过程中对公共政策目标的实现程度和对外在政策环境与公共问题的回应力与影响程度等方面的绩效评价与考核。政府绩效评估有助于预防和纠正公共政策执行偏差、提高公共政策执行绩效、加强政策宣传教育等。公共政策执行中的政府绩效评估应坚持以充分性、公平性、适宜性等为评估标准,以公共政策执行行为、实验、阶段评估为主要评估环节。

It is suggested that the conducting of the evaluation be done under the criteria of sufficiency, impartiality and appropriateness etc.. Conducting public policies, carrying out experiments and perform stage evaluation constitute the main body of the evaluation.
