情报学泛化和边缘化现象辨析

Phenomenon Analysis of Intelligence Generalization and Marginalization

针对情报学出现泛化和边缘化的现象,从学科凝聚力、学科定位、学术风气、情报与信息的关系、学科交叉与渗透和人才问题6个方面分析情报学泛化和边缘化的成因。在此基础上,提出克服情报学泛化和边缘化6个途径,即避免主观化倾向、在重大问题达成一定程度的共识、加强情报学基础理论研究、研究特定学科领域里的信息规律以及人才培养、创建情报学工作的社会实体和组织机构。

This paper discussed the phenomenon and analyzed the reasons of generalization and marginalization of intelligence from the aspects of subject cohesion, subject orientation, academic atmosphere, the relationship of in telligence and information, subject penetration and talent problem. On this basis, some methods to overcome generalization and marginalization of intelligence were also brought forward, such as to avoid subjective tendency, to achieve certain agreement on important problem, to study on information rule and talent training in specific subject, and to build social entity and organization for intelligence work.
