摘要 全数字电子商务是实现了全方位数字自动化的新型的商业运营模式,在这种模式下,交易的产品、过程和参与者都是数字化的,交易的产品——数字产品是任何可网络传输的内容,数字产品的定价、知识产权保护及隐私与安全一直是研究核心领域,而数字内容产业、第三方平台、新型的协作机制和移动电子商务等相关领域的发展为其发展提供支持;其发展受一定的技术、信用、金融和法律等环境的制约,管理者、第三方平台、生产者与消费者在参与全数字电子商务中扮演着不同角色,相互之间形成各种不同的关系。 Full digital commerce is a new commerce model of comprehensive digital automation, in'such model, products, the process, the play.ors and trading transactions are digital. Transactions of products, namely digital products can he of any online delivered content pricing, intellectual property rights, privacy and security have always been a core maims of study, and the development of digital content industries, and agent platforms, the new coopem- five mechanisms and mobile ecommerce give support to digital commerce. Full digital commerce is constrained by certain technological, social credit financial and legal environments. Governors, agent platforms, producers & consumers play deferent roles and form deferent relations between them in full digital commerce.
