摘要
以巯基丙酸作为稳定剂合成水溶性CdTe量子点,并观测不同浓度的水溶性CdTe量子点对鸡胚成纤维细胞的影响。结果表明,通过紫外-可见光谱、荧光光谱和傅立叶红外变换光谱图均说明已成功制备水溶性CdTe量子点;鸡胚成纤维细胞的存活率与水溶性CdTe量子点的浓度存在明显的剂量-效应关系,即随着暴露浓度的增加,细胞存活率显著性降低。
A simple synthetic method was developed for the preparation of CdTe quantum dots (QDs)nanoparticles by using mereaptopropionic acid (MPA)as stabilizer in the aqueous system. The effects on chicken embryo fibroblast(CEF)was observed and analyzed at the level of different concentrations of the water soluble CdTe QDs. The successful preparation of the water-soluble CdTe QDs was identified by ultraviolet-visible spectroscopy (UVS),fluorescence spectroscopy (FLS) and fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) in this study. The results showed that the cell viability had an dosedepenendent relation with the concentration significantly,which meaned that the cell viability decreased with the concentration increased.
