MIT创新人才培养模式与我国CI教育走向的探讨

Discussion on Innovation and Personnel Training Mode of MIT(Massachusetts Institute of Technology) and Trend of Competitive Intelligence Education in China

近年来,国内大学都在培养创新创业型人才上探索自己的发展道路,教育界与企业界对"产、学、研"结合的探索一直在进行,也在不同程度上取得了一些成功经验,但现实与目标之间还有相当差距。本文借鉴MIT创新人才培养模式,特别是振兴美国经济中所发挥的作用,结合我国企业界目前急需的CI人才的培养教育走向提出了一些探讨性意见。

Recently, all domestic universities intend to focus on developing innovative entrepreneurial talent so as to explore their own developing road, the education sector and the business community have been engaged in the exploration on combination of ＂production, learning and research＂, and also have made some successful experiences in some degree. However, there is still a considerable gap between reality and the goal. This article made a reference for MIT creative talents training mode, especially its role played in national business circles, and finally put forward a number of observations according to the urgent need of qualified CI personnels in chinese enterprises.
