Observations on the Therapeutic Effect of Percutaneous Electrostimulation on Spinal Cord Injury

目的观察经肌电刺激治疗脊髓损伤的疗效。方法将62例患者随机分为电刺激组与针刺组,每组31例,治疗2个疗程后观察疗效。结果电刺激组和针刺组总有效率分别为83.9%、64.5%,电刺激组与针刺组疗效比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01),电刺激组疗效明显优于针刺组。结论电刺激治疗脊髓损伤具有较好的疗效。

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of percutaneous electrostimulation on spinal cord injury. Methods Sixty-two patients were randomly allocated to two groups： electrostimulation and acupuncture, 31 cases each. The therapeutic effects were evaluated after two courses of treatment. Results The total efficacy rate was 83.9% in the electrostimulation group and 64.5% in the acupuncture group. There was a statistically significant difference in therapeutic effect between the electrostimulation and acupuncture groups （ P 〈 0.01 ）. The therapeutic effect was significantly better in the electrostimulation group than in the acupuncture group. Conclusion Electrostimulation has a better therapeutic effect on spinal cord injury.
