近20年新疆农业结构演变及调整途径研究

A Study on the Development and Ways of Agricultural Structure Adjustment of Xinjiang in Recent 20 Years

农业的发展与农业结构的变化密切相关,农业的发展过程,就是不断调整和优化农业结构的过程。通过对近20年新疆农业外部结构包括国民生产总值结构、农业产值结构及农业内部结构包括种植业内部结构、作物类型结构演变的分析,探讨了新疆农业结构调整特征和演进规律;分析了新疆农业结构存在的调整速度缓慢,结构调整与市场需求变化缺乏一致性等问题;并根据市场变化、科技水平及产业化程度等诸因素与农业结构的关系,提出了应通过特色农业产业化、农业生态化、技术化、信息化、政府引导合理化等途径实现新疆农业结构优化。

There are close relations between agricultural development and change of agricultural structure. In fact, process of agricultural development is the process of adjusting and optimizing agricultural structure. Through analyzing the development of structures of GDP, gross agricultural product and crop types in Xinjiang in recent 20 years, this paper discusses the features and development laws of Xinjiang agricultural structure adjustment. It can be concluded that adjusting of agricultural structure in Xinjiang is slow and can not keep up with change of market requirement. According to the relation between the agricultural structure and the market development, the level of science and technology and degrees of industrialization, the ways of Xinjiang agricultural structure adjustment are put forward in the paper.
