早熟水果型超甜玉米新特玉5号的选育研究

Study on Breeding of Early Maturing Super Sweet Corn Xinteyu No.5 with Fruit Function

新特玉5号是新疆农科院粮食作物研究所选育出的早熟水果型超甜玉米新品种。该品种早熟性好，春播生育期（出苗至籽粒成熟，下同）100～105d，鲜穗采收期84．5d，复播生育期85～90d，鲜穗采收期74．5d。丰产性好，平均鲜穗产量943．32—1203．7kg／667m^2。营养品质好，鲜籽粒粗蛋白含量13．12％，粗脂肪5．7％；甜度高，可溶性总糖含量40．73％，蔗糖35．43％。甜脆可口，可生食，皮薄渣少，综合性状优良。适宜南北疆春播、复播两茬种植，所需≥10℃有效积温2000℃。

Early maturing super sweet corn Xinteyu No. 5 with fruit function was developed by Institute of Grain Crops, Xinjiang Academy of Agricultural Sciences. The days from emergence to fresh ear harvested are 84.5 d for spring planting in the north of Xinjiang and 74.5 d in the south of Xinjiang as second crop. The yield of fresh ear was aroud 943.32 - 1 203.7 kg/667 m^2. The content of crude protein, fat, soluble sugar and sucrose is up to 13.12%, 5.7%, 40.73% and 35.43%, respectively. It characterized in good flavor, fresh eating with thin capsule. It is adaptable for planting in the south and north of Xinjiang in spring as well as second crop in summer. The effective temperature above 10℃ is needed for growing.
