摘要
研究了NR和IR以不同比例并用时橡胶的硫化特性、流变特性、常温及老化后的力学性能和疲劳性能。结果表明,随着IR并用量的增加,胶料的焦烧时间和正硫化时间延长;NR/IR在110℃下,并用比例为40/60时胶料粘度最小;NR与IR并用后,拉断伸长率和耐热空气老化性能提高;当NR与IR并用比例为90/10和40/60时,橡胶具有良好的疲劳性能。
The vulcanization properties, rheological behaviors, mechanical properties at room temperature and after ageing in hot air and the fatigue life of NR/BR blends with different ratio were stud- ied. The results showed that T10 and T90 increased with the increasing of IR content in blends. The viscosity of NR/IR with blend ratio of 40/60 was the lowest at ll0℃. The elongation at break and aging properties in the hot air were improved when NR blended with IR. NR/IR with blend ratio of 40/ 60 behaved good fatigue performance.
