涡轮增压器自润滑止推轴承材料研究 被引量:1

摘要 依据涡轮增压器止推轴承的特殊工况,首次采用粉末冶金技术来制取该类材料.在确定主要工艺参数的基础上,研究了基体材料的组成及其相互影响;检测了材料的摩擦磨损性能;分析了装机台架综合考核数据;同时,将该产品与国际上现用同类产品进行性能比较,结果表明,该材料的拉伸强度和自润滑性能等优于国际上同类产品性能.该产品现已投入工业生产和批量应用,取得了十分满意的经济效益. According to its special working conditions,thrust bearing for turbocharger was made for the first time by powder metallurgy techniques.Constituents of the matrix material and its mutual effects were studied on condition that major technology parameters had been decided.Tribological behaviors were tested.Comprehensive checking data on saddle piece were analysed.Meanwhile,the performances of this kind of products were compared with those of similar products used internationally nowadays.The results showed that the tensile strength and the self lubricating performance of the material were better.So far,this kind of products has been commercially produced and wholesale applied,with satisfactory economic benefit.
