农民对“农民转市民”和“土地流转”的评价——重庆市双溪村统筹城乡改革试验的成效与问题调查

Peasants' comments on identity transfer from peasants to urban residents and on land circulation ——A survey on the effect of urban and rural overall reform experiment in Shuangxi Village of Chongqing

当前,重庆市江北区双溪村的统筹城乡改革试验引起了广泛的重视,积极报道较多,也有质疑。基于对双溪村572户现住户中92户进行的问卷调查,从农民基本情况、对改革试验的综合评价、经济状况、社会保障、土地流转等五个方面考察分析双溪村统筹城乡改革试验的实施情况。结果表明,双溪村试验总体上是成功的,但也暴露出一些问题,在当前的统筹城乡改革探索中可资借鉴和改进。

The urban and rural overall reform experiment in Shuangxi Village of Jiangbei District of Chongqing has been extensively focused on and actively reported, but it also has raised doubts. Based on questionnaire survey of 92 families from 572 families in Shuangxi Village,implementation of urban and rural reform experiments was investigated in such five aspects as basic peasants＇ situation, comprehensive comments on the reform experiment, economic situation, social insurance, land circulation. The result shows that the experiments in Shuangxi Village is generally successful but still has problems ,which is worth learning and improving in present urban and rural overall reform.
