摘要
Q618型组合捕收剂具有较强的螯合性能,在软水介质中选择性好,捕收能力强,对浮选温度不敏感。在硬水中选别东鞍山的难选、易选矿石所得指标均较使用现场药为好,可替代塔尔油、氧化石蜡皂;在软水介质中,选别易选矿和27m、40m、53m的难选矿石,得到指标为精矿品位6268%、回收率8241%,为东鞍山红矿选别提供了一条新途径。
Q 618 combination collector has a rather strong chelating property and exibits a good selectivity and strong collecting ability in soft water medium.In addition,it is not sentitive to the flotation temperature.In the flotation of both easy to treat and difficult to treat Donganshan ores in hard water medium,it achieved better performances than those by the currently used reagents.Therefore,it can be used in replace of talloil and oxidized paraffin wax soap.In the flotation of the easy to treat ore and the difficult to treat ores of 27 m、40 m and 53 m mining benches in soft water medium,an average concentrate grade of 62.68% and an average recovery of 82.4% have been achieved.As a result,a new way for Donganshan hematite ore beneficiation is provided.
