空心车轴径向锻造工艺的模拟研究 被引量:13

摘要 针对高速铁路所用的新型空心车轴,在50钢热力学模拟试验的基础上提出了在卧式径向精密锻造机上锻造空心车轴的工艺方案,采用DEFORM-3D有限元软件进行模拟分析,确定了各主要工艺参数,并模拟了整个精锻过程,在对应力、应变分布研究的基础上,分析该工艺变形机制与规律,为其工程设计提供依据。 Based on hot simulation tests of 50 steel, this paper presents a process programmer for forging hollow-axle on the precise horizontal radial forging, against the new hollow-axles used by the quick-speed railway. At the same time, the precise forging process is simulated and analyzed by DEFORM-3D finite-element method, confirming main effect parameters. Based on the researching on the distribution of stress and strain, forming law and deformation mechanism are analyzed. A new gist is supplied for engineering design.
