摘要 针对现有9Ni钢生产工艺流程过长的问题,通过中试实验,成功开发了9Ni钢在线热处理工艺。在线热处理工艺缩短了工艺流程。解决了很多现存工艺中存在的问题,并充分利用浇注和热轧后的余热进行热轧和热处理,节约了能源,降低了生产成本。 Taking into account the process issues of 9Ni steel whose process was too long,heat treatment online process was developed successfully by experiment. The process 9Ni steel was shorten by this process. Many existing process problems were solved and power consumption and product cost was reduced by using the casting and roiling heat energy for rolling and heat treatment.
