日本文学受其特殊的岛国环境以及传统的一些思想倾向影响自古就形成了与大陆中国文学不同的风格。中国文学从原初开始就注意反映现实,表达士大夫阶层的作者的个人理想或是当时的社会现实。而日本虽然在大化革新后,积极引进吸收中国的先进的文化但是却形成了不关注现实脱离政治的倾向。

Japanese Literature of the island under its special environment and the traditional ideological tendency of some influence on the formation of ancient Chinese literature and the mainland have a different style. From the beginning, Chinese literature started to reveal the social reality, conveying the personal ideals of the authors who are at the literati class and its reality.
