摘要
采用固定床反应器的方法,对甲基环戊二烯选择加氢制备甲基环戊烯及其工艺进行了研究,考察了催化剂、温度、压力、氢烃比和空速等因素,对该反应过程的影响因素,并确定了两段加氢工艺路线。实验结果表明,第一段反应工艺为氢烃比1.5~2.0、反应压力0.8~1.0 MPa、空速4~6 h^(-1)、温度55~60℃,甲基环戊二烯的转化率93%~95%,甲基环戊烯的选择性90%~94%;第二段反应工艺为氢烃为3.5~4、反应压力1.5~1.6 MPa、空速4 h^(-1)左右、温度75~80℃间。在此工艺条件下,甲基环戊二烯的转化率大于99%,甲基环戊烯的选择性在90%以上。
The preparation of methyl - cyclopentene through selective hydrogenation of methyl - cyclopentadiene (MCPD) was carried out in a fixed - bed rector. The effects of catalyst, reaction temperature, pressure, H2/ MCPD ratio and space velocity on the process of selective hydrogenation were studied. As a result, the two - stage hydrogenation process was determined. Experimental result showed that the parameters in first reaction stage were H2/MCPD ratio 1. 5 -2.0, reaction pressure 0. 8 - 1. 0 MPa, space velocity 4 - 6 h^-1 , temperature 55-60℃ ,conversion rate of methyl -cyclopentadiene 93% -95%, and selectivity of methyl - cyclopentene 90%-94% ; while in the second reaction stage, the parameters were HJMCPD ratio 3.5- 4, reaction pressure 1.5-1.6 MPa, space velocity 4 h^-1 or so, and temperature 75- 80 ℃. Under the optimum conditions, the conversion rate of methyl - cyclopentadiene was up to 99% and the selectivity of methyl -cyclopentene was higher than 90%.
