消石胶囊治疗泌尿系结石的临床观察

Clinical observation of urinary stone treated with Xiao Shi Jiao Nang

目的:观察消石胶囊治疗泌尿系结石的临床疗效。方法:将130例泌尿系结石患者随机分为两组,治疗组88例,采用消石胶囊(由金钱草、石韦、威灵仙等药物组成)口服治疗;对照组42例,采用排石颗粒治疗。两组患者均治疗4w后观察疗效。结果:治疗组治愈46例,显效23例,有效15例,无效4例,总有效率95.46%;对照组治愈11例,显效8例,有效15例,无效8例,总有效率为80.95%。两组患者总有效率比较有极显著性差异(P<0.01)。两组患者治疗后,其排石率、症状积分、尿液红细胞计数比较,治疗组均优于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:消石胶囊能明显改善泌尿系结石的主要症状、体征以及尿液中红细胞计数,排石作用显著,且无明显毒副作用,值得进一步推广。

Objective ：To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of Xiao Shi Jiao Nang（XSJN） on urinary stone. Methods： 130 cases of urinary stone were divided into two groups at random. In treatment group（88 cases）, XSJN （p.o.,composed of Lysimachia Christinae Hance, Pyrrosia Petiolosa, Clematis Chinensis Osbeck, etc.） was administrated. In control group （42 cases）, calculus discharging granules was administrated. The treatments lasted for 4 weeks in both groups and the therapeutic effects were observed.
