摘要
目的通过比较急性重症胰腺炎的不同治疗方法,探讨治疗该病的最佳方案。方法急性重症胰腺炎26例,手术治疗16例,非手术治疗10例。结果手术治疗死亡4例,存活12例;非手术治疗死亡1例,存活9例。结论急性重症胰腺炎早期应采取非手术治疗,出现感染或并发症时再行手术治疗。
Objective To investigate the best treatment of AHP by comparing differrent treatments of AHP. Methods To choose 26 cases of AHP, 16 cases operative treatment, 10 cases non-operative treatment. Results After operative treatment, 4 patients death, 12 patients being alive; after non-operative treatment, 12 patients being alive, 1 patient death. Conclusion Non-operative treatment should be used in early AHP. Operative treatment should be used after infection or complication.
