Ⅲ型分泌系统的研究进展 被引量:4

摘要 细菌通过分泌系统分泌许多蛋白,输送到菌体细胞外,与宿主细胞发生相互作用,发挥其毒性。革兰氏阴性菌主要有4种蛋白质分泌系统。其中Ⅲ型分泌系统与细菌致病性密切相关,受到微生物学者的关注。本文着重对细菌Ⅲ型分泌系统的组成、结构和分泌机制等进行了概述。
