摘要
教学经验移植研究是教师在现有教学实践的基础上,借鉴和引进外来先进的教学经验,经过自己的"深加工"之后再用于自己的教学实践的一种研究方法。教师进行教学经验移植研究要遵循一定的原则,按照一定的步骤逐步进行。
Teachers＇ teaching experience transplantation research is a research method which is on the basis of current teaching practie ,by learning from others＇ advanced teaching experience, and then using in own teaching practice after their own ＂deeply processing＂. When teachers carry out teaching experience transplantation research, they should follow certain principles and carry out step by step.
