石炭系特厚煤层综放开采技术实践

摘要 塔山煤矿综采放顶煤工作面煤层厚度大、结构复杂,煤层自燃发火期短,煤尘有爆炸性。通过分析顶煤的冒放性,合理布置回采巷道、设备选型及工艺配合,并采取了防治煤层自燃发火措施,同时进行了综合矿压监测,克服了影响工作面生产的不利因素,保证了采煤工作面安全高效生产。 Seam thickness is large in fully - caving face of Tashan coal mine , its structure is complex , spontaneous combustion period of coal seam is short, coal dust has explosivity. Through analysis of the top coal caving, reasonable layout gateway, the selection of equipment and technology meet, and has taken measures to spontaneous combustion of coal, at the same time carries out comprehensive mine pressure monitoring, has overcome the adverse factors of impacting production in face, ensures the safe and efficient production in coal mining face.
