美国纽约市于2007年11月公布了首份学校"进步成绩单",启动了新的教育评估制度改革,引起了各方关注。纽约市学校"进步成绩单"主要是依据学生在就读期间所取得的学业进步程度来衡量学校的教学质量,并据此对学校评级。社会各方对此反应热烈。
The New York City Department of Education started to reform its the system of schools educational evaluation and issued its first Progress Report in November 2007,which has aroused much attention. The New York City Progress Report provides an overall assessment of the school's contribution to student learning,and the school quality of teaching is evaluated by this grade. The people in the society have different responses on the report.
