摘要
日本从2007年开始恢复全国统一学力调查考试,其背景有21世纪基础教育改革的需要、美英等西方发达国家以及国际学力考试的影响、新自由主义教育改革对教育结果的监测要求等。其内容包括学力考试和学习状况调查,其中学力考试以知识活用能力的考查为重点。调查结果显示,日本中小学生学力水平的差距显著缩小,学力分布均衡,但在知识的灵活应用方面还有待加强。
The national test has resumed in Japan from 2007 ,which is under the background of the necessary of educational reform,the influence of such western developed countries as America and the UK and international test,the Neo-Liberalism reform with the requirement of investigation on educational results. The contents include the test about educational level and investigation about learning condition. The test about the achievements of students stresses on the ability of using knowledge. The resuk of the test shows that the gap of the achievements among the Japanese students of primary and secondary schools has obviously reduced, and the students are fairly good at grasping knowledge but need to strengthen using knowledge.
