摘要
通过1根普通钢筋混凝土对比梁和7根钢筋再生混凝土简支梁正截面性能的试验,分析了再生混凝土梁的正截面受力性能、破坏形态及变形特征。试验结果表明:在其它条件相同时,钢筋再生混凝土梁的挠度大于普通钢筋混凝土梁的挠度,且其挠度随再生骨料替代率的增加有增大的趋势,现行混凝土结构设计规范GB50010—2002关于短期刚度的计算方法不适用于再生混凝土梁的挠度计算,需对再生混凝土的弹性模量和钢筋应变不均匀系数进行修正。
Eight simply supported reinforced recycled coarse aggregate concrete (RRCAC) beams are loaded to failure. The flexural behaviors, failure modes and deflection properties are discussed. The test results indicated that the deflection of RRCAC beams is bigger than that of ordinary RC beams on the same conditions, and that the deflection has the propagation tendency with the replacement ratio of recycled coarse aggregate increase. The short-term stiffness formula suggested by GB50010--2002 Code for Design of Concrete Structures is not adapted to calculate the deflection of RRCAC beams. The elastic modulus of RCAC and the non-uniformly distributed strain coefficient of longitudinal tensile reinforcement shall be revised.
