摘要
目的:研究竹节参地上部分中所含总皂苷成分抗炎镇痛的活性。方法:分别取竹节参地上部分和根茎的总皂苷提取物,采用小鼠二甲苯致耳肿胀和腹腔毛细血管通透性实验观察对比两者的抗炎作用,采用小鼠热板和扭体实验进行两者镇痛效果的比较。结果:竹节参地上部分中总皂苷提取物低剂量组能降低腹腔毛细血管通透性,而竹节参根茎中总皂苷提取物低、中剂量组能抑制二甲苯所致的耳肿胀,两者均有抗炎的活性。竹节参地上部分及根茎的总皂苷提取物均能减少醋酸所致小鼠扭体次数,且中、高剂量组均可提高小鼠热板痛阈,两者均有镇痛作用。结论:竹节参的地上部分中所含总皂苷为其抗炎镇痛活性成分,其抗炎镇痛活性与根茎相似。
OBJECTIVE To study on the anti-inflammation and analgesia effect of total saponins in ground parts of Panax japonicus. METHODS Prepare total saponins extraction from ground parts and roots of Panax japonicus. Models of anti-inflammatory reaction were studied by dimethyl benzene induced ear edema and celiac capillary's permeability experiments. Writhing test and hot-plate were used to study analgesic effects. RESULTS The low dosage of ground parts saponins could significantly induce elevation of celiaecapillary permeability, while the low and middle dosages of roots saponins could suppress dimethyl benezene-induced ear edema. The two saponins both had anti-inflammatory effect. The total saponins in ground parts and roots significantly inhibited the writhing times induced by acetic acid. The middle and high dosages of the two raised the pain threshold of heat stimulation. The two saponins both had analgesic function. CONCLUSION Total saponins in ground parts of Panax japonicus are the effective parts of anti-inflammation and analgesia. Its effect is similar to the root saponins.
