Optimization of Packer Rubber's Geometrical Parameters

摘要 应用ANSYS有限元软件优选了封隔器胶筒几何参数,通过研究几何特征参数和接触压力之间的关系确定出参数值,分析并得出胶筒与套管的密封峰值接触压力随着胶筒高度的升高而总体呈现降低的规律,同时受剪切强度和密封接触压力分布规律的限制;在同样胶筒子厚度的情况下,胶筒与套管密封峰值接触压力随胶筒倒角增大而增大,但角度增至某一个值时,接触压力会出现畸变;在同样的胶筒倒角下,胶筒与套管密封峰值接触压力随着子厚度的增大呈现先升后降的趋势,即存在最优值。 In order to optimize the of packer rubber, general finite element analysis software ANSYS is applied and the relationship between geometrical parameters of packer rubber and its peak contact pressure is studied. The results showed that the peak contact pressure between packer rubber and casing decreased with the increasing and height, meanwhile it should be limited by shear strength and distributing discipline of contact pressure. With the same sub-thickness, the peak contact pressure between packer rubber and casing increased with the increasing contact angle. But the contact stress would appear the unusual case when the contact angle is larger than a critical value. With the same the contact angle, the peak contact pressure between packer rubber and casing showed an earlier raised and later decreased state with increasing of sub-thickness, so the optimal value existed.
