摘要
对某油田在检验φ339.7 mm×12.19 mm N80偏梯形螺纹套管过程中发生的粘扣问题进行了调查研究,并取样进行了上卸扣试验后认为,粘扣原因是在检验紧密距过程中环规在旋合时与外螺纹接头配合状态不正常,在局部区域形成过盈干涉所致。选用适当的润滑油可以减小粘扣的几率;经过表面处理的螺纹接头在检验紧密距过程中不容易发生粘扣。要保证该批套管正常上扣连接使用,必须使用对扣器和引扣钳,并采用低速上扣。
An investigation on galling problem happened during stand off inspection for Ф339.7 mm×12. 19 mm N80 BC casing are given, and the make-up and break-out test for some casing specimens are carried out. Per investigation and make-up and break-out test, it is found that there is galling problem for this batch casing. The galling cause during stand off inspection is mainly related to be not in good engagement between pin and female gage that result in over interference and galling in local area because of bad thread joint quality. Selecting proper dope can reduces galling extent during stand off inspection. The surface treatment for thread joints have good resistance to galling. In order to guarantee the casings to be used normally, stabbing protector and strap wrench must be used, and making up should done at low speed during casing running.
