研制的TN7-30型接箍拧接机是集液压、气动、电气控制于一体的全自动接箍上卸扣设备,操作简单,扭矩测量准确,夹持点多,能够实现扭矩控制、圈数控制、扭矩-圈数或J值控制等多种上扣控制方式,实时显示扭矩-圈数图,有效地避免了由于上扣设备扭矩测量不准确和夹持点附近局部应力集中而造成的接箍、管体变形和粘扣现象,能够满足油、套管生产厂生产API普通螺纹、特殊扣型(如VAM、HSC、NSCC、BDS、FOX等)要求,也适用于井下工具的装卸工作。介绍了TN7-30型接箍拧接机的主要结构和技术特点。

TN7-30 coupling screw-on machine is very advanced. Because of its simple operation, the accurate measure of torque, nine more jaws, and the adequate control modes （torque, turns, torque-turns or ＂J＂ value） and the capability to show the chart of the torque-turns concurrently, TNT-30 coupling screw-on machine can effectively avoid transforming of the coupling ＆ tubing casing, and thread gluing, which are attributed to the inaccurate measure of the torque by the make-up machine, and the centralized stress near the jaws. TNT-30 coupling screw-on machine can be alternatively used for API standard button thread and special thread （such as VAM, HSC, NSCC, BDS, FOX etc. ）. Besides, TN7-30 coupling screw-on machine can be used as the drilling tools to screw-on and screw-off drilling pipe. The main structure and technical characteristic of the TN7-30 is introduced.
