摘要
连续杆螺杆泵具有杆柱接头少,抗扭强度高等优点,适合出砂稠油油藏斜井深抽,可有效防止油井结蜡和蜡卡。介绍了连续杆螺杆泵采油工艺技术在胜利海上油田的推广应用情况。针对胜利油田海上斜井作业和生产需要,对连续杆螺杆泵施工设备进行改造和施工管柱组合优化,提高了管柱强度,减少了偏磨,延长了杆柱寿命。目前有17口井采用连续杆螺杆泵工艺,除3口停井外,其余14口井正常生产,效果良好,具有广阔的应用前景。
Aiming at the actual need Screw Pump were improved and pipe greatly, eccentric wear reduced, and formed on 17 wells on the offshore o of implementation and production, equipments for Coiled strings optimized, therefore strings strength was increased life time of rod extended. The Coiled Screw Pump was perilfield, with 3 wells shutdown and 14 producing regularly, which had an approving effect and also had wide application prospect.
