研究了灰色系统模型在矸石地基建筑物沉降和采矿塌陷区残余沉降预测中的应用问题．结合实例，建立了各自的沉降增量预测方程．研究结果表明，应用灰色系统模型预测矸石地基沉降和塌陷区残余沉降是恰当的．

By combining two examples, the use of grey system models in waste foundation subsidence prediction of buildings and in residual subsidence in mining subsidence area is presented. And the subsidence increment prediction equations are given. The results show that using grey system models to predict the waste foundation settlement and the residual settlement is appropriate.
