摘要
在对粉煤灰中各种颗粒在介质中的受力情况和沉浮规律分析研究的基础上,提出了浓缩设备是实现漂珠分选较为理想的现有选矿设备,研究了采用浓缩机分选漂珠的基本原理并进行了分选试验.分选试验结果表明当浓缩机给料量为1.09m3/(m2·h)时,可获得较高的漂珠回收率和漂珠纯度.
Based on some analyses of forces acting on particles of flyash and their floatsink regularity in a medium, the author concluded that the thickening equipment is now an available and ideal one for separating the floating beads. The basic theory of using the equipment in separating floating beads is studied, and some experiments are carried out. The experiment result shows that a high recovery and purity can be obtained when the feed rate is 1.09m3/(m2·h).
