摘要
以厦工集团开发的工程机械液压测试平台为对象,设计工程机械液压系统通用测试系统.针对液压测试平台采集点多、控制量大的特点,系统采用上下位机结构,下位机采用PLC,上位机采用工控机通过通用采集板卡和同步采集才板卡实现40通道的信号采集与相关控制.测试系统经调试及运行,系统稳定可靠,可实现工程机械不同工况条件下的多种实验.
Designs a general testing system based on the Xiamen construction machine's hydraulic system. According to the hydraulic testing platformp's character such as the amounts of acquisition and the control objects, the system is separated to two parts, that is the host -lower structure. The lower system uses the PLC, the host computer realizes the hydraulic system 40 channel's acquisition and control based on the general acquisition board and synchronization acquisition board. The testing system was debugged and run stabilization and credibility, it can carry out many different experiments in vary environment.
