摘要
在酸性条件下,高锰酸钾氧化防己诺林碱产生化学发光,对影响化学发光强度的因素进行了实验和探讨,建立了高锰酸钾化学发光体系测定防己诺林碱的新方法.防己诺林碱浓度在0.13-300μg/mL的范围内成良好线性关系,检出限(DL)为0.078μg/mL,相对标准偏差(RSD)为2.6%.该方法已成功用于防己中防己诺林碱的含量测定,回收率为98%.此外借助紫外、荧光和化学发光等光谱手段,对体系的化学发光机理进行了初步探讨.
A new method had been established to determine Fangchinoline based on acidic Potassium permanganate chemiluminescence (CL). The optimum conditions for the chemiluminescence reaction between Fangchinoline and Potassium permanganate were studied in detail. Under the optimum conditions, the calibration curve was linear over the range 0.13 -300 μg/mL for Fangchinoline, and the detection limit was 0. 078 μg/mL. The relative standard deviation ( RSD ) was 2.6%. This method was applied to determine the content of Fangchinoline in Radix Stephaniae tetrandrae, and the recovery was 98%. In addition, a possible mechanism of this CL reaction was proposed on the basis of the investigation of CL, fluorescent and UV spectra of Fangchinoline in acidic solution containing Potassium permanganate.
