咪达唑仑混合芬太尼辅助局部麻醉的合理配伍 多中心、前瞻性、随机、双盲研究 被引量:6

摘要 咪达唑仑混合芬太尼具有起效快、镇静和遗忘作用强、恢复快、药物作用可以被拮抗的特点,广泛用于局部麻醉的镇静。研究表明,咪达唑仑混合芬太尼用于局部麻醉镇静时,对病人呼吸功能的抑制具有协同作用。按公斤体重计算给药量的镇静方法,难以克服病人对镇静药的反应存在较大个体差异的缺点。本研究拟采用小剂量分次给药的方法,观察不同配伍剂量眯达唑仑混合芬太尼辅助局部麻醉的镇静效果。
