中国当前的艺术教育很难有标准的尺度,学生对个人能力的培养更是存在迷茫状态,总结我多年的艺术工作经历,我认为应培养的专业能力主要为:观察能力、准确表现能力、独立分析能力、主观感受能力,非专业能力主要为:文化底蕴、生活阅历、执着精神。

China＇s current arts education has no standard and individual students are confused about ability training. To sum up my many years＇ art work experience, the main professional capacities are： observation, accurate performance capability, an independent analytical ability, the ability of subjective feelings. Main non-professional capacities are：cultural background, life experience and dedication.
