模糊层次综合评价法在汽轮机本体安装质量评价中的应用

摘要 为了使火电工程质量评价更加客观,探讨了一种基于模糊数学理论的汽轮机本体安装质量综合评价方法。该方法结合现有资料和相关规范,通过分析组成工程体的各子项工程的内在联系和隶属关系,建立递阶层次模型,利用层次分析法确定各层次因素的权重。在此基础上,建立汽轮机本体安装质量综合评价模型,提出各层指标的评价等级向量的确定方法,按照最大隶属度原则,确定工程质量的等级,并应用于工程实例中,证明了这一模型在实践中的实用性。 In order to evaluate the quality of Thermal Power Project objectively, a method for evaluating the assembly quality of the steam turbine was discussed based on fuzzy mathematical theory. By analyzing the intrinsic and subject relation among members of project and establishing the hierarchy model for the project based on the available data and relevant specification, the weight of the elements of project can be confirmed by the Analytic Hierarchy Process . Moreover, the comprehensive evaluating model for the assembly quality of the steam turbine project is set up, and as well proposes a method for determining the ranking vector related to various indexes. Then according to the most subjection principle, the grade of quality of the engineering was determined. Finally, their application in actual engineering proves the model practical.
