摘要
[目的]评价济宁市2型糖尿病病人的生命质量,分析相关影响因素,为改善患者生命质量提供科学依据。[方法]采用随机抽样方法收集济宁市3家医院糖尿病患者330例,以同期体检者330人作对照。用SF-36量表对患者生命质量进行评价。[结果]患者生命质量得分普遍较低,与对照组、常模的差异均有统计学意义。患者对患病的态度积极(OR=0.13)、饮食控制良好(OR=0.40)、经常锻炼(OR=0.26),其生命质量得分较高;并发症数目多(OR=18.19)、家庭人口多(OR=12.18)、病程长(OR=7.21)者,生命质量较差。[结论]有效控制血糖、预防和治疗并发症、养成健康的生活方式、给予患者恰当的心理疏导并保持积极的心态,是改善和提高糖尿病患者生命质量的重要手段。
[Objective] To assess the quality of life（QOL）of type 2 diabetes in Jining and analyze the related influence factors for improving their QOL. [Methods] Totally 330 cases and 330 normal people in 3 Jining hospitals for physical ex amination were surveyed and the QOL was evaluated with SF36 questionnaire. [Results] The QOL scores of cases were significantly lower than control group and the norm. The patients with positive coping style （OR=0. 13）, better diet control （OR=0. 40） and regular exercises （OR=0.26） had higher QOL scores. Patients with more complications （OR= 18.19）, more family members （OR = 12.18） and long disease history （OR= 7.21 ） showed poorer survival quality. [Conclusion] It is important to control blood glucose, prevent and treat DM complications, develop healthy lifestyle, provide appropriate psychological counseling and formate positive coping style for improving QOL of DM patients.
