探讨中医男科辨治思路。介绍了中医男科学的理论发展,提出"性、腺、精、育"为中医男科诊疗的四大主症。认为男科病的辨证应以全身与局部相结合,诊断以宏观和微观相结合,治疗以辨证与辨病相结合;病发于肝、膀胱、心者,以实证居多;病发于肾、脾、肺者,以虚证居多。介绍了临床诊治和用药经验。

This paper deals with the approaches to the diagnosis and treatment in TCM andrology. The author presents the development of the theories of TCM andrology and puts forward the four main syndromes of andropathy, i.e. ＂sex, gland, essence and fertility.＂ The author believes that syndrome differentiation of andropathy should be made both systematically and locally, diagnosis should be made both macro and miero-scopically and treatment should be given based on both syndrome differentiation and disease differentiation. Diseases occurring in the liver, bladder and heart are mostly excess in nature, and diseases occurring in the kidney, spleen and lung are mostly deficiency in nature. The author also gives his experience in treatment and medication.
