活血通腑方优选方对TNF-α诱导下腹膜间皮细胞TGF-β_1、FN、CTGF蛋白含量的影响 被引量:7

摘要 目的探讨活血通腑方优选方对TNF-α诱导下腹膜间皮细胞TGF-β1、FN、CTGF的影响。方法分离培养大鼠腹膜间皮细胞。TNF-α加入PMCs培养24 h,加入含药血清继续培养24 h。ELISA法测定细胞培养液中TGF-β1、FN、CTGF蛋白含量,分优选处方组和空白对照组。结果优选处方组腹膜间皮细胞TGF-β1、FN、CTGF蛋白含量明显高于对照组(P均<0.05)。结论活血通腑方优选处方可提高TGF-β1、FN、CTGF蛋白含量,具有抗腹腔粘连的作用。 OBJECTIVE To explore into the effect of optimized Huoxue Tongfu Recipe on the protein content of TGF-β1, FN and CYGF in lower peritoneal mesothelial cells induced by TNF-α. METHOD Rat peritoneal mesothelial cells were isolated and incubated. TNF-α was added to PMCs and incubated for 24 hours, and medicated serum was added for another 24 hour incubation. ELISA method was employed in the determination. RESULT In the optimized recipe group, the protein contents of TGF-β1, FN and CTGF were markedly higher than those in the blank control group ( P 〈 0.05). CONCLUSION Huoxue Tongfu Recipe can increase the protein contents of TGF-β1, FN and CTGF, pointing to its effect in preventing peritoneal adhesion.
