通过对电力蓄冷空调技术应用现状的深入研究,分析该技术在推广应用中存在的各种障碍,建议政府安排部分资金用于中央空调蓄冷技术改造,理顺价格机制促进电力蓄冷空调技术推广,国家应通过财政支持鼓励电力蓄冷空调技术的研发和推广,鼓励设计单位主动推荐蓄冷空调技术。

Through the in-depth research of the power storage air-conditioning technology application, the various technology obstacles in the application promotion is analyzed. It is suggested that the part of the funding arrangements are used for central air- conditioning storage technological innovation, and rationalize the prices of electricity storage air-conditioning unit for technology promotion. The government should encourage the air-conditioning power energy storage technology research and development and promote through financial support, encourage design units to recommend air-conditioning storage technology initiatively.
