摘要
目的:调查我院门诊中药饮片使用情况,提供合理的采购依据,节约流动经费。方法:采用回顾性调查,查阅我院2005～2007年门诊中药饮片出库记录,对用药情况进行分析,确定采购品种的时间间隔及数量。结果:常用的中草药品种比较稳定,采购应及时保障。金额较大的药品逐月采购,减少库存经费。结论:根据药品出库量多少进行分类,便于采购计划的制订和减少库存。
OBJECTIVE： To investigate the utilization of the traditional Chinese medicines in the outpatient department in our hospital in order to provide references for making rational purchase plan and save circulation funds. METHODS： Using retrospective study, the data regarding the utilization of the traditional Chinese medicines between 2005 and 2007 were analyzed so as to ascertain the time internal and the quantity for drug purchase. RESULTS： Timely purchase of the common traditional Chinese medicines should be ensured because of their stable consumption while the purchase of drugs involving large amount of money should be done monthly in order to save storage cost. CONCLUSION： Classification of stock - out amount is conducive to the making of rational purchase plan and reducing of drug stock.
