2005～2007年我院口服抗高血压药利用分析

Analysis on the Utilization of Oral Antihypertensive Drugs in Our Hospital During 2005～2007

目的:分析我院口服抗高血压药的应用现状及发展趋势。方法:对2005～2007年我院口服抗高血压药的种类、用量、销售金额、用药频度、日均费用等进行回顾性分析。结果:我院口服抗高血压药用量呈上升趋势;钙通道阻滞剂和血管紧张素转换酶抑制药为临床一线药;血管紧张素Ⅱ受体拮抗药用量逐年增大。结论:我院口服抗高血压药临床使用结构基本合理。

OBJECTIVE： To evaluate the current situation and the developmental trend of oral antihypertensive drugs in our hospital. METHODS： The oral antihypertensive drugs used in our hospital during 2005 - 2007 were analyzed retrospectively in terms of drug varieties, consumption quantity, consumption sum, DDDs, average daily cost etc. RESULTS： The consumption sum of the oral antihypertensive drugs showed an upward tendency. Calcium antagonisis and ACEI were the first line clinical drugs. Usage of angiotensin n receptor blocking agents increased year and year. CONCLUSION： The utilization structure of oral antihypertensive drugs in our hospital is basically reasonable.
