2005～2007年番禺区部分医院抗抑郁药应用分析

Utilization of Antidepressants in Panyu Area During 2005～2007

目的:了解广州市番禺区部分医院抗抑郁药的使用情况及发展趋势。方法:对番禺地区2家区级医院2005～2007年抗抑郁药的应用数据进行统计、分析。结果:抗抑郁药年用药总金额及用药频度(DDDs)正逐年递增,其中年使用总金额2007年较2005年增长了139.95%;DDDs值2007年较2005年增长了147.85%。结论:随着人们生活及工作压力的增加,抑郁症的发病率不断增加。一些新型抗抑郁药(SSRI及氟哌噻吨/美利曲辛)正凭借着不良反应少、耐受性良好,成为临床治疗的首选药物。

OBJECTIVE： To study the status quo and the development tendency of antidepressants in Panyu area. METHODS： The utilization data of antidepressants in two district hospitals in Panyu during 2005 ～2007 were analyzed statistically. RESULTS： Both the consumption sum and DDDs of antidepressants increased year by year, up 139.95% in consumption sum and 147.85 % in DDDs in 2007 as compared with 2005. CONCLUSION： The incidence of depression is increasing with the increase of pressure from life and work. Some new antidepressants （SSRI and Flupentixol/Melitracen） have become the first choice of drug treatment for their less adverse reactions and good tolerance in patients.
