我院2003～2007年每1000人次门诊处方用药费用分析

Analysis on Drug Expenses per 1000 Outpatients in Our Hospital During 2003～2007

目的:对医院门诊处方用药费用进行分析,调查医院门诊处方用药费用实际情况,了解其变化趋势,为医院用药提供科学的依据。方法:对我院2003～2007年每1000人次门诊处方用药年均总费用和抗菌药物费用进行分析。结果:每1000人次门诊处方用药费用年平均值为208544元,年平均增长率为6.18%,每1000人次处方抗菌药物的年平均费用为25670元,年平均增长率为0.73%。结论:药品费用的增长需与社会发展水平相适应,虽然我院门诊用药费用基本合理,但仍需加强管理,促进临床合理用药。

OBJECTIVE： To analyze drug expense involved in outpatient prescriptions in our hsopital and to investigate the statas quo and the variation of drug expense so as to provide scientific basis for drug use in hospital. METHODS： The average annual drug expense and the average annual expense of antibiotics per 1 000 outpatients in our hospital during 2003 -2007 were analyzed. RESULTS： The average annual drug expense per 1 000 outpatient during 2003 - 2007 was 208 544 Yuan with a mean annual rate of increase of 6.18% , while the average annual cost for antibiotics per 1 000 outpatients during 2003 - 2007 was 25 670 Yuan with a mean annual rate of increase of 0.73%. CONCLUSION： The increase of drug expense should be in line with the developmental level of society. Although the outpatient drug expense in our hospital is reasonable on the whole, yet tightened control on which is still necessary so as to promote clinic rational administration.
