摘要
本文从六个方面分析当前住宅小区建设中存在的问题,强调领会绿色住宅的内涵、规划设计宜反映地域特色,应有针对性,还要提高建筑绿化质量、实现建筑节能和体现"以人为本"的理念等。
From six aspects, some problems existing in community construction were analyzed, and the result shows that the essence and planning design should reflect the localized characteristics and pertinency, as well as improve green quality of buildings, achieve energy efficiency of buildings and embody people-oriented concept.
