摘要
文章通过对环境监测信息管理系统的历史运用分析、现实分析和发展趋势的展望,提出了环境监测信息管理系统改进、完善的必要性和现实性,并通过典型个案的调查研究,找出了现有环境监测数据管理系统的弊端,提出改进环境监测数据管理系统的具体建议,使环境监测数据管理系统能更有效地存储和处理环境监测数据,实现信息资源的共享,并且以图表和图形的形式反映区域环境状况的变化,为环境监测管理走向科学化、系统化和网络化进行有益的探索。
On analysis of historical use, practical use and development trend of environmental monitoring data management system （EMDMS）, this paper points out the necessity and reality to improve and perfect the system. Through investigation and study of typical cases, defects are identified and detailed suggestions for improvement are presented, which allows EMDMS to store and handle morniterd data more effectively, realize the resources sharing and indicate the variation of regional environmental conditions in the form of chart and figure. The research is a helpful exploration for environmental monitoring management going towards a scienthfic, systemic and network service way.
