摘要
用等温溶解平衡法研究了三元体系Li2B4O7-K2B4O7-H2O25℃时的相关系,并测定了平衡溶液的密度、粘度、折光率、电导率和pH值等物化性质。该三元体系25℃时溶解度等温线有两条分支,分别对应于Li2B4O7·3H2O和K2B4O7·4H2O两个结晶区,共饱点组成为:w(Li2B4O7)=4.46%,w(K2B4O7)=15.23%。两种原始组分间未形成复盐或固溶体,也没有发生脱水,体系属简单共饱型。用经验和半经验公式计算了平衡液相的密度和折光率,计算结果与实验数据很吻合。
The solubilities of the ternary system Li2B4O7K2B4O7H2O were studied at 25℃ by isothermal method.Physicochemical properties of solutions,such as density,viscosity,refractive index,conductivity and pH were determined.The phase diagram of the system consists of two solubility branches corresponding to two crystallization fields of Li2B4O7·3H2O and K2B4O7·4H2O respectively.One invariant point exist in the system wLi2B4O7 is 4.46%,wK2B4O7 is 15.23%.There were no double salt or solid solution and dehydrating action between the two primitive components.The system is of a simple eutonic type.Empirical equations of density and refractive index of the solution in relation to its composition were used to correlate the data,and comparison was in good agreement.
